I ordered a Nike hoodie from ajio on 3rd jan 2021. They sent a pathetic old stuff instead of the productthey showed on the website. The return was picked up and refund was promised on the same day of puck up. I am still waiting for refund. I have sent a number of emai,s to their customer care but they keep giving me new date of refund every time.I want the full refund amount and a compensation of 20,000/- for the harassment they have caused since one month .
