I have taken Club Mahindra membership (ID 2668276)against advance payment of Rs.35560/- with additional Monthly 24 monthly EMI Rs13243/-

I was committed:
5N/6D CMR
1 week InternationalRCI
6000 Cash Back
5000 RCV
1 Year Annual Subscription fee (ASF)waive off.

When I received their membership details on 25th November 2015 1 Year ASF waiver was not mentioned.

On 27th November 2015, I sent mail to them to confirm 1 Year Waiver is also included, Mr. Prashant Joshi called me and said that it will be done in December.
Till 2nd January 2016 when ASF is not waived off, I sent mail on 4th January to cancel my membership and refund my money and also not to charge EMI on me.

They have overlooked my mail and charged my bank for 1st EMI. I protested on the same and sent mail.

I got a call from customer relations and I conveyed them about not meeting their commitment, he asked me to send written commitment for ASF waiver, I sent that also to them.

For Cancellation and refund they said, refund is not our policy, I have gone through their entire form and their website, No where NO REFUND is mentioned. Every where they mentioned Refund as per refund policy and refund policy is missing.

Now inspite of my repeated reminders company is silent and do not give response to my mails.

Moreover every alternate day they are sending SMS and mails to pay ASF.

They have not cancelled my membership and forcing me to pay ASF. It is really a torcher that first you give false commitments and on request of consumer you are not refunding and sending reminders for paying dues.
