Regarding logged an complain on Apollo Tyre customer care

Hi,

I had purchased a CAR on 17th September-2015, (SWIFT VXI) and Tyres in wheel where from Apollo Tyre.

My CAR's front left side wheel got punctured on 16th of July-2016 at 7:49pm at GK-II red light near Kalka Public School in Delhi. And this was without any hit on Tyre and a big hole like blast.
I logged an complain on Apollo Tyre customer care and complain no. is CBGBLS10.
A gentleman visited with complain no at Marketing Times (Maruti Service Center) where i had submitted the Tyre and called me.
I had told them that i am coming within 10 mins then also they had submitted a false report to Mr. Yogender (Maruti Person) and filled wrong details in product inspection report forms about kilometer driven and wrong vehicle no and wrong report about Tyre and told that there is no any manufacturing defect and Tyre has a side wall cut and it happened due to hit on Tyre with Glass or big Stone.

Trust me, this is totally wrong inspection and company people is denying to change the Tyre where Tyre has punctured normally with a big cut due manufacturing defect.

Kindly help me get the Tyre changed.
