Tv panel under warrant refused to replace

I have bought TV last year with two years panel warranty and registered complaint regarding Led panel display issue last month, Technician from local vendor in navsari city visited my house and had an inspection of TV . He with a very unprofessional way informed us that led panel wont be replaced due physical damage which is absolutely unacceptable because there is no damage done from our side . I have used this TV with utmost care and its scratch free,
Damaged done if any is internal and must have done by the technician who visited my house as he is the only one to open tv and check the panel from inside,His mishandling of panel must have damaged as from outside there is no damaged done or it may be manufacturing defect .
