Took Rs 500/- eventhough the product was in guarantee/warranty

I purchased RO Water purifier (Kent) from M/s Sadguru Enterprise, Surat Mobile no 9879011311-9376755777 on 19/03/2020. There was some problem in the Purifier, So I called a Mechanic from M/s Sadguru Enterprise on 15/09/2020. The mechanic changed the filter and charged Rs 500/- for the same. I argued that as it was within 06 months from the purchase, it should not be charged. I called M/s Sadguru Enterprise for the same and they also insisted that Rs 500/- should be given to the Mechanic , otherwise they will stop further service. So, I paid Rs 500/- and complained to M/s Kent Ro company. But no result. So, I request you to please use your goodselves and help me to get Rs 500/- from M/s Sadguru Enterprise, Surat.
