On Oct 6th I paid $200 USD for a relationship manager. My profile is XWZW3927. I live in Canada and work from 8 am to 5 pm EST. The next day someone called my on Whatsapp during my work and I kindly advised that I work from 8 am - 5 pm EST and they said they only service IST time and will find someone else. That other person again called me around 9 am and I explained again that I am in work and not allowed to answer phone calls. They said they cannot help me. I asked for refund and the person stopped talking to me. I tried contacting them numerous times and ask for refund and they did not give me my refund back. I have also posted in https://www.consumercomplaints.in/jeevansathi-internet-services-b102628#get-cl3009747 - they lied that they replied to me and did not call me. I have tried asking my refund back since then every single day. I also deleted my profile and they are still not refunding my money. I work really hard for my money and having been lied to from a website that is supposed to help someone find relationships is disappointing. This company is disgusting and so are the people that work there. Please refund my $200 USD PLEASE!
