Rejects return product stating product missmatching

I would like to inform, that am always facing issue with your delivery services @doddaballapur branch, really fedup and irritated with ekart services doddaballapur, its not the once or twice its repeated from past few months, if you are not ready to provide service to the mentioned areas then you people have no rights to take an order. and please recruit the good delivery guys. Even the manager of doddaballapur branch is too harsh, even for return pickup delivery guys are not coming and in some cases they will say serial num not matching dont know whats wrong with the service.
Please look in to it and resolve asap,i have done online payment but now product rejected i have received old used and colour faded product but now ekart rejects to take my product back with unnecessary statements.
