Sealed the defective piece and no replacement given.

I have purchase Sumsung Handset which was delivered on 19th Oct, after using the handset we found the handset is overheating.
we complained at amazon, Amazons booked a complain and send Service engineer to check, engineer came on 25th Oct he has observed that the problem is there, Service engineer said he will send the report and you will get the replacement, but till date we have not received any replacement nor refund.
Amazon has fooled us by selling defective Sumsung handset.
