Shopkeeper not giving GST bill and charged more than market prices.

My name is Rajesh Jakhar and I am a farmer. I bought some plastic pipes (tata), a motor-pump (texmo aqua), 153 meter cable (GEN), a stator (GEN) and some accessory (total amount of Rs. 62410/-) in cash for a tube well from a shopkeeper (M/s Mahaveer Enterprises, Hingonia, Jaipur, Rajasthan - 303328, Mo. 9828581506, 9828130136) dated on 5/1/2021 and 10/01/2021. He has only given the GST bill (Rs. 25200) for the moto-pump. And the MRP of this motor-pump is Rs. 24620/- on its label which is less than its GST bill. And there is also no MRP on the box of starter and one of its voltage meter also not working.
The shopkeeper is not even giving me the GST bill for other goods. And he has cost/charged me more than market prices. I asked for the GST bill several times but he refused to give it and rudely also talks. I also have a call recording in which he is talking rudely, refusing the GST bill.
He gives goods to almost everyone without a GST bill. He is the biggest shopkeeper in that area. He has a lot of stock. He has many warehouses.
Please take strict action against this shopkeeper and please give me justice.
