Complaint no RNP201003054090 registered on LG customer care for refrigerator not cooling and compressor have 10 Year warranty.
Refrigerator purchased in Oct 2015.
Technician told fan is not ok but still that part is not delivered by LG in 15 days.
We are harrased a lot as we thought we have purchased branded product and company will solve our problems in 2-3 days.
However almost 18 days passed and so many follow up taken but company giving no response.
Please help
