Sending more than my consumption bill

Dear sir,
This is Regarding consumer number - 400498655

I have been nbpdcl customer since decades and I'm paying all the bills on time.

Problem started during this year February when I suddenly received the bill of 3200.

That time I was in a immense shock why I received that much amount of bill.

Later I raise a complaint and they took almost 2 months to resolve it and finally reduced few bucks.

Problem again occurred in April,

 I received the bill of 2093 rs in just 2 months.

I want to clear it you - in my family there are only two are there and I don't use any of higher consumption equipment like-Refrigerator, Washing machine, Tv, Ac etc.

Now the big question is how one can get 2100 just by charging his phone and using 3 bulbs, and by charging phone?

I wrote a letter to R.o Araria almost 100 days ago and still I haven't heard anything from him.
Later I decided to lodge a complaint at national consumer forum but again no help provide and complaint number given by them is-2765205.
I have been trying to meet him since 30 days but he denies to meet any public, the guards are not allowing any of us to enter the gate. 

Also I want to highlight that I was getting fair bill till last year July and August

During those summer days I only consumed 80 units whereas this year I consumed more than 400 units in 2 months, isn't it strange sir?


Kindly help me sir, I'm too poor to bear this high bill
