I have ordered a headphone with order id-11114845109 worth ₹1299 through paytm mall.But today I got the delivery in which there was no headphone or any other accessories of it. I opened the packet in front of delivery boy.And there is no any return or replacement policy.
. Therefore paytm should replace it. I request you to take necessary actions against paytm.
