I had my IFB washing machine under two years AMC with IFB. I lodged a complain on 21st July and was given ticket no 1005205775 on the same day. Since then despite making a number of calls daily my machine is still unrepaired. Now I have no choice except buying a new one. I would like either my machine be repaired within two days or IFB should pay me for buying a new one with all AMC charges be also returned in addition to compensation for mental tension I underwent.
