Regarding overpricing of Milk products on Lockdown days.

I use to buy milk from same booth on Normal days at Cost of Rs. 25 each but during weekend lockdown the booth owner charges extra 2 rupees per packet for the same. On opposing, they usually the price per packet is what they are charging us.And he doesn't even provide bill receipt too for the same.
