Regarding Bad Behaviour of billing personal

Today i.e. 28.04.2023. today I have visited v mart store at arround 4.30pm and select some products to buy but at the billing counter one of their female staff ignore to bill thought I m in 2nd in line.she took 3rd one bill which one is only exchange.she also advice that exchange will be 1st then she will done the billing of mine. Is that a behaviour with a customer. I am along with my family and 2 year baby boy.really shameful and this kind of harassment I have faced today
