Refund of convenience fee not initiated by Ajio

@AJIOLife I have booked one order having order no. FN31911404872 and same has been cancelled from your end and you have refund me yhe amount except my convinence fee of 100 rs ,where on refund policy you already mention if product has been return by us then only you can charged the convinence fee , but we havent returned it. And we called your customer care but they cut the call in between by claiming that as per policy we cannot refund the amount. But on Ajio App on tab of refund policy you mention that convienence fee charged only when oroduct is returned by us. This is the new way of earning by ajio
