I bought one mandir from insarf.com furniture website. At the time of order they promised to provide free door delivery which they have advertised on their website as well. Now they give this shipment to some third party and they are asking rs 1500 ( on purchase of 7499) for delivery.
I contacted Insarf customer care as well as written multiple times but they are saying that you have to pay. Neither they are refunding my money nor delivering the product till the time I pay rs 1500.
This is completely a case of cheating and harassment of consumers.
