Myntra.com — Refund not credited in bank account A aryansahu1.0 on Nov 27, 2020 .I was to get three refunds from Myntra of amount Rs 940, Rs 727 and Rs 727 .But these have not been credited in my bank account . When I contacted them, they told me that money has been sent by them and I should contact bank's customer care .Now my bank(HDFC Bank) is asking about their bank name or payment date, so they can check the transaction but Myntra is not providing that too .Bank is saying that actually Myntra hasn't sent the money and they are lying . Here, I am mentioning the order I'd (all the three items were in same order ) .And I just want that the bank and Myntra negotiate with each other and just credit the amount in my bank account.
