Not repairing new TV

I had purchased a LED TV FROM Vijay Sales sector 18 Noida. The TV screen just shows black and white lines. I have been calling them since 8 Oct 2020. Either their service centre does not pick up calls. Otherwise after 1 hour of tryin they just say we will mark it to some repair person. Horrible service. Worst and horrible. Never buy from them
