New prestige Gas stove blasted and accident

I was purchased Prestige Gas Stove of 3 burner on dtd.17/08/2020 having model number GTMC03 from VISHAL MEGA MART which is under warranty and today I am very lucky that God was with me and nothing happened more with me .

This is my big mistake that I purchased "Prestige Gas Stove"

Sir,
Today when I cooked food all of sudden my prestige gas stove was blasted and knob was completely burnt and glass top also breakdown due to heavy blast.
"My clothes is also burnt and some piece of glass pricked into my hand"
Very worst brand I have never seen who is responsible for this?

Here I am sharing the images of my Gas stove which is blasted.

I want the replacement with new one or money which I wasted to buy such cheap product.
