Billed Twice but denied

I visited Haldiram, located at Noida H-1/A-24, Sec-63, Youth Plaza on 1st of September 2020 12:15 pm. I ordered for 2 portions Chole Bhature & 2 glasses of sweet lassi, post which I was billed INR 526. First I opted to pay via Paytm UPI, I scanned the bar code twice and the amount got debited and reflected in my Savings Account. But the guy at the counter denied the payment being received. I asked him to check his account for the credited amount, for which I was told that Paytm doesn't share daily transaction details, only monthly. He denied my payment completely (below I am sharing the screenshots of payments). I was asked to make the payment again via my Axis bank debit card. I made the payment again. Later, upon my request the incident was escalated to the on-shift manager ( Mr Amarjeet ), first he denied my first debited amount and later told me he will update me later.
Kindly note, that below I am sharing screenshot of 2 text messages (1st via PAYTM UPI which I did the first time marked with orange border & 2nd the debit card payment) also the screenshot of my savings account transaction details, which clearly reflect the amount of INR 526 debited twice.
Please guide & help me, I need the refund.
