Dear sir,
I am student my name is Ashutosh Sen and contact no. is 9039358328.I purchase a mobile of LYF wind 5 white from Choice mobile & Electronics shop ke front me Geone ka board laga huaa hai adress
is 17,near Nadra bus stand square,
Hamidiya road ,Bhopal.
Retailer contact no. which is available in shopping card name
Dharmendra contact no.9977864632 and Om Prakash contact no. 9981983637.
But I personally get the retailer contact no.is which is shop malik no. is 9926148666
and naukar no. is 7415398310.
I purchase mobie LYF wind 5 white at price provide by retailer rs. 7500 but i am not satisfy with this price of mobile and contact LYF care no.is 18008909999 where executive talk to me and provide information that mobile
price is rs. 5599 then i go to the retailer shop and talk to retailer and provide all information which is provided by LYF care executive then i say return my money which is more than from actual mobile price then retailer says that i
only return rs. 500 then i say return my whole money which is more than from mobile price that is not rs. 500 .
My whole money returning is rs. 1900 then he says to i did not return the whole money then i says to retailer return my whole money or return the handset because in that price i
don't want the LYF wind 5 white
handset.Then he says i don't return both handset and whole money.
LYF wind 5 white mobile handset
actual price is rs. 5599 and retailer is given to me at the
price of rs. 7500.
Mobile purchasing date is 03-09-2016.
So i want please help me to providing my whole returning money which is rs. 1900 or returning the handset and given to me my all money which is rs.7500.
Kindly grant me to register the
complaint in this regarding and
provide the solution.
