Nykaa Service Complain - Not Received Consignment after Payment

This is to inform you that I hava already Ordered On 11-09-2018 From Nykaa on Pre Payement basic and today its 20-09-2018 and not Rceived goods.

As and When i am calling to Tollfree Number Of Nykaa,Not get Surety For Consignment of Goods they are telling me that ur goods are dispatched will be reached shortly.Before Order they have given commitment to provide goods whithin 48 hrs....then how can such service acceptable?
