Number of hairline cracks seen now on Closet purchased on3/4/2013 . Action needed.

I have purchased WM EWC closet of RAK from Calicut dealer on3/4/2013.Now it is seen number of cracks and can not be used .Very unsafe condition to use it.On contacting the dealer they informed that the compony has stoped the production and nothing can be done .
Request for the refund the amount and other compensation in this regard.
Same incidence was happened for a wash basin purchased also.Any way the compony managed to replace it.
I request to get acmpensation of 7000rs including the labour and article cost
