Not delivery gas on time, I want to say that last 20 days before

Dear sir/madam,
Due respectfully, I want to say that last 20 days before I have booked my lpg cylender from indian gas agency,baddi,himachal pradesh,but still they do not supply the cylender and when ever I am calling on the booking number they are just giving excuses. I am facing lot of problem regarding folding due lace of cylender.
Please take some action regarding indian gas agency or cancelled the distribution ship of current status.
