Non refund of my amount for faulty product

I have bought a blackberry z10 from Amazon on 13 April the phone was faulty I returned the product on 18 and got the receipt from Amazon then they do not call me or approached me I had given several calls from my side then they told me that the amount will be transferred to my account afterwards they told me according to Amazon policy I will receive the cheque but in vein now they are telling me that the amount has been transferred to my Amazon account and I have to utilise for further shopping .. There are fooling the customers I am having each and every mail sent about my refund process from my side ..pls help me out in the same
