Non-Receipt of Original RC in respect of scooty Suzuki Access No.DL13SW2244 -reg

We had purchase a vehicle (Scooty) No. DL13SW2244 on 15.05.2018 from Shri Shakti Suzuki, M.D.Motors (P) Ltd., B-14, Main Road, East Krishna Nagar, Delhi-51. They took entire amount of including vehicle Registration Fee from us at the time of purchase of vehicle and told us "the original RC will be delivered by post". Now more than 4 months have passed and we have not received the original RC till date. We informed the same to M.D.Motors, but they are not giving satisfactory reply. Kindly look into the matter for delivery of Original RC
