Sir,
I am compelled to approach our Govt continually to stop Gunda Raj of Pvt companies as like Onida to cheat innocent customers through dirty game. they are not giving new piece to us, that piece was defective, they have taken back that A.C. on 15th June'2018 from our residence with that promise, they will send new piece within 2-3 days. but now they are not returning new piece & also stop to attend our phone calls.
In view of these circumstances, You are also requested to direct our concerned police station to lodge F.I.R for cheating to innocent customers.

An early action will be appreciated..
