Sir/Madam,

The Dainik Bazaar, Gurugram as per their pamphlet promised for free home delivery for purchase of products from them worth more than Rs.2000/-. The offer valid from 9th to 15th December,2017.

As per discussion over phone with Dainik Bazzar, I order products more than Rs.2500/- through Whatsapp from my phone 9868566084 on 10.12.2017 which they promised over phone to deliver by next day i.e., 11.12.2017 morning. However, inspite of my repeated requests over their phone No. 8800770148, they have not delivered my ordered products at my home till evening of 15.12.2017. By this act, Dainik Bazzar, Gurugram has harassed and cheated me for not deliver the products as promised by them. This also an act of false commitment of Dainik Bazaar, Gurugram for making Free Home Delivery.
I, therefore, request to you to kindly take appropriate action and issue notice to Dainik Bazaar for making false commitment and not fulfilling their promised for making Free Home Delivery.
I hope and trust that your platform will definitely take suitable action against Dainik Bazaar, Gurugram in this regard to safeguard the interest of the consumers.
