Restaurant forcing customer to pay 10% over and above GST

Sir/Madam,

The above mentioned Restaurant has forced me to pay 10% of bill amount over and above GST in the name of Service Charge. Even After I protested against this charge, they refuse to remove this charge and intimated me when I refuse to pay this.

Worth to note that Restaurant doesn't display any notice for such Service Change at its premises nor I was informed about service charge in advance.

Since, I was with my wife and small kids and guest, I had to give in to their intimation and paid the bill through my debit card.
Bill No: RB044449, Dated: 27 Nov 2017 (Bill and payment slip attached).

Request authorities to take strict action against the Restaurant and facilitate the refund of excess amount Rs. 260/-
