JK Sopping Hub Order & payment received by JK Shopping Hub but goods not delivered

I had received an offer from the J K Shopping Hub Sales Team for purchase of an Aquaguard Magna RO+ UV+HD at a cost of Rs11050/-on 1/10/16,& had booked the same,paying for it online on 5/10/16, against Order ID89JF7654HU675.However, till date neither has the item been delivered, despite a lapse of 3&a half months, nor has the sum paid by me refunded despite my asking for it & their comittment for the same. I have sent over a dozen mails to them in this regard & called them up as many times, but to no avail.Kindly arrange to help me get back the amount paid by me.
