Dear Sir,

I opted Greatway Packers & Movers for relocation (from Delhi to Balasore)-Shifting date 29/05/2016, They committed for unpacking support at Balasore, when material came no one was there to unpack. Truck driver and his team denied to unpack material. Greatway has also not supported for claim, even they neither reply on mail nor they pick even phone calls. Once i contacted Their promoter Mr. Vikas (7836886661) he denied to provide me a copy of insurance, for which their company charged 3000 Rs. to me and he is also wasting time just by giving some excuses on daily basis. Images are not getting uploaded but already sent to Mr. Vikas (Greatway personal)
