Dear Sir
A sum of Rs. 349/= was successfully recharged on 7.12.18 in Jio Ph No. 6204956512 through PAYTM and Transaction ID is 4425943285 as per entitled benefits for 70 days and again on 13.12.18 a sum of Rs. 98/= for validity extension for 28 days has been recharged successfully. But still phone is not working for Incoming/Outgoing calls. Please suggest a way out. Thanking you.
