I had purchased a JBL speaker from harman on june 2019 which contains 1 year warranty on that product.
Some how we find that there was some issue with that speaker i have contacted to Harman toll free number 18001020525 and shipped the product on 28 feb 2020 for repair service.
Complain has been registered in contact number 7903635492.
Then we received the information that due to service center shifting they returned the product without repair and once that shifting is complete they will provide the service in warranty that is the verbal communication done by Harman teams. Then we have received the product on june 2020 after warranty over.
We have again connected to Harman toll free number for support they asked to shipped the product to service center for repair now we have shared the product on aug 2020 for reptbut after that they demanding for cost of repairs inform harman team about above situation that previously harman teams only told that it will be repair in warranty after service center shifting they why we need to pay the amount? Then one of from harman cs told me thatit will cover in warranty and then i will receive the product within 15-16 days. Now its October 2020 and no one from Harman cs is helping us to get the repair of product in warranty.
On last September 2020 one of harman cs told that product is shipped from there end after repair and we will receive the product with a week he had also provided one tracking number which is actually wrong.
I have again call the Harman cs on 4 oct 2020 one executive name prashant told me that tracking number is wrong but that is the same tracking number which service center has shared for tracking the product as its Sunday he requested to call on Monday or Tuesday.
I have again call Harman cs on 6th oct 2020 in morning one of Harman cs executive name Salman pickup the call he told that he will help me out but he don't have proper information to provide me so i have requested for a supervisor executive salman told me that he will connect my call to his supervisor as he had talked with his supervisor and team lead then he put my call on hold for more then 40 min and no supervisor came on that call.

I have again dial a Harman cs number one another executive name arbaj told me that he will again help me but the same thing is happened with the same executive

I have again dial harman cs number this time one another executive name venkatesh picked up the call he promised that i will receive a support from his supervisor within 1 hr.
I have waited for taht call but again same thing is happened with me

Then i have again dial harman cs number another executive name sabana picked up the call but again she told that she will connect my call to sup for help as she dont have information. And again this call was not connected to supervisor

I have again dial harman cs number thos time another cs executive name aysha picked up the call 1 st she tru to divert me with wrong information and then she told as per above case it will cover in warranty and we will receive the product after repair in warranty.

Then cs executive ayasha told me that as i have not paid the amount of services the product is not repair yet.
When i asked that if this is the situation then why they have told me that product is shipped??
She doesn't even bother to response in fact she said that product is shipped previously then why we have not complained this within 24-48 hr after receiving the product.
As per ayesha if after repair is there is any issue customer need to contact with harman cs within 48 hr.
I told her that this was a different situation as harman cs only told that due service center shifting they have not repair the product at taht time. After that she forcefully placed my call on hold and told that she will supervisor will help me i have waited for 30 min but no one help me.

So First harman group is not repairing the product in warranty also harman cs executive is trying to harsh me. As a customer if my unit is in warranty why they have not repair at that time. And if they return the product why they are not repairing it now in warranty.
In fact they are not able to provide me a details of my product
I have requested him if it is not possible they should pay my money but they not agr.
I have told them if there is any issue then shipped the new product as i have bought a brand new jbl speaker of 10000/- which is not repair by them in warranty in warranty period that is 28 feb 2020.
But they are not helping me fix this issue i m very tired to call them.
Please help me to get my product repair in warranty.


Harman group has mentally harassed me a lot.
I have wasted a very long time for this one product but still i don't have any solution.

I want compensation from Harman groups
