Dear sir, I from District- Sitamarhi, Bihar pin- 843322, Village - Sonbarsha Punch- Turkauliya , wanted to say that the electricity bill which has been provided to me was incorrect and they everytime noted down the incorrect data from my meter and submit to the office. And this same it upload to the website of Npdcl. So I requested you to please take stand for this nuisance activity of the workers of the electricity offices . And also help me to know the correct solution of it . And please send the investigating team for this corruption activity in electricity bill of concerned place in sitamarhi,Bihar.

My complaint is not solved till now and wrong bills is increasing day by day due to some faults done by office and also done the wrong meter testing for humilating the consumers . Electricity office is continuously troubling us by producing the Wrong and large bills of every month without giving us bill physically. Consumer I'd - 122501227561. Complaint against the staff of - Bathnaha electricity Office, Dist - Sitamarhi , PS - Bathnaha . ( North Bihar Power Distribution Company).
