Customer Care Excecutive - the level of services that you guys are providing is pathetic.

This is to bring to your notice that the level of services that you guys are providing is pathetic.
I called on the customer care number at approx 10pm on 22nd April'18 because I lost my phone and had to lock my Sim card and my call was picked by Mr Praveen and he said that he dont have any details of my number and he wont be able to provide any help. After requesting him even he said that I will have to go to customer care the next day and he even argued with me that was unacceptable. This is not accepted from a renowned company. And when i asked him not to disconnect the call then he said that he will disconnect the call by saying that i am repeating myself and he disconnected the call even without providing the solution. This is not acceptable at all where in the policies that are created for the betterment of services are used by the agents to disconnect calls and they are getting rid of their responsibilities.
Also as per them there was no supervisor on the floor also that should not be the case as when he was not able to provide solution and I asked him to pass he call to the supervisor 2 agents denied.
I want strict actions to be taken and also want a reply else I will keep writing to higher authorities.
Couldn't find any mail id so whoever receives this email, request yo to route the same to the right department.
