In absence of electric poles not provided to us we have managed the connection by dint of bamboos. The connecting wires are often cut by thieves placing us in dark. Not only this cause us hardship, but put us in financial trouble. I am regular payee of the monthly bill. M P Srivastava, Allahabad Bank Colony, Maria Path Khajpura, Patna.

    इनके घर तक जाने वाले पक्की गली के बीचों बीच जर जर टूटा हुआ बिजली का पोल है जो कि कभी भी टूट कर गिर सकता है और जान माल का नुक़सान हो सकता है और इनके घर तक जाने बहुत ही दिक्कत का सामना करना पड़ता है बेगूसराय के बिजली ऑफिस में बहुत बार कंप्लेन किया लेकिन कुछ करवाई नहीं हुई है सर से रिक्वेस्ट है इसपर जल्द से जल्द ध्यान दिया जाए
