i want to complain against the byjus counselor . he has given incomplete information regarding loan section . From the date of 1st emi loan department continuously sending sms and per 100 call . when i want to call the loan department call did not connect . They have not been informed regarding my cancellation of the product . Now loan department is debiting my account continuously as cheque bounce charges. no pickup done from their end of the product . i have pay the courier charges of rs 750 . And bounce charges rs 295 twice then rs 715 . Till now loan department is calling me regarding loan payment . Really upset from the process and half information he has not informed about loan section properly . he was such as fraud person . Now i am dealing with all this things. And don't know till when i have to suffer . please take action against all this . if parents will suffer child will get better flat form really . Loan department is calling for emi they i will pay emi now if i have already cancel the product within 15 days . why please take action against the counselor .
