illegal car booking cancellation charges.

Hi I booked a second hand car from cars24 Noida car hub on 25 Nov 2020.but due to some financial issue I cancelled the deal on 28 Nov 20 and I asked refund the token amount asap.
After so many followup they return me 8200 rs and took cancellation charges 11800rs.

The cancellatiom charges is very much which is not been told me before final the deal. even I have not signed any agreement which mention deal cancel charges

please look into the matter so consumer may protect from such biggest fraud.
