Dear Sir/Madam,

I order for some books on 25 October 2018 order no. 100053232 and is still processing on 10 Nov 2018.
I raised issue on Help Desk on 30 Oct, but no replay. I also made a call which is auto answered machine and no conversation.

I request you please look in to the matter and take against such online sellers. I also find other people complaining against this seller.
