Haldiram shops, adjacent to biotic shop, did not provide purchased items but took money

On 5 th March around 5 am I gave one box of sweets cost around 1450 rupees to the cashier of haldiram sweets at the indira Gandhi airport terminal three. The cashier asked me to come to the till to pay and I paid the money but he didn’t give me the sweet box . I also didn’t pay attention as I was intending to get a coffee . I went to the coffee shop nearby the Tanisq jewellery and there I organised my hand bag and kept the other item that I earlier purchased from the duty free. After the coffee I passed by that haldiram again around 5.40 am towards gate 14 and I smiled at the guy of that shop. On my return home when I opened my luggage I realised the sweet box is missing as the a short of haldiram didn’t even Give any item to my hand but he just took the money ! I am certain he knows he didn’t give the item and didn’t take it either ! As I gave it to him in the counter . Passengers in the airport r usually in a rush and the person who took the money should deliver the item in one hand too ! This is a fraud ! I humbly as the shop to chk on it . It’s very frustrating for international passengers . And it’s a matter of reputation for India as a nation !
