Not delivered the product within timeline(ordered Modular Kitchen)

I have ordered a Modular Kitchen for my Flat in Guwahati,Assam from Mobel Furniture and Order taken by Mirshad Latif

Issues are below:
1.Order given on 26/06/2019 and product received on 14/10/2019 where as it should come within 45-60 working days as per order booking form as well as Manager/Survey Person but its delivered after 75 working days with below issue

a. Busket's are not as mentioned brand per the standard currently BTL brand and its should be replaced with Hettich/Evershine within 15 days.
b.One cabinet is small in size and needs to replace within 15 days.
c.Chimney cover part is missing and need to replace within 15 days.

Above issue supposed to close by 31-Oct'19 as per Manager/survey person but issue still not resolved and no communication received from Manager/survey person.
