Fraud and chit fund company

Respected Sir / Madam,
I was wrote a complain letter to you due to financial matter against fraud company named "wwe.airrecharge.co.in.They gave distributorship of mobile recharge. He gave me the bank details and I deposited the money and as per contract he also gave me a commission I shaw that my wallet was ok, but when I want to recharged nothing was doing already he change my ID, Password and also Pin No.
I am humble request to you that the company's account may verified. The company is provoked to poor people and do like these. Now today one person phone me ( No. 8637523034)and asked me I want to refund you the said amount but please give me your Debit Card No. expired date and cvv no also. He told me that account of him and he was talking from Nevy Mumbai. Ultimately he told me if you give your all details of Debit Card then you can get money otherwise you can't get.
Sir think how they chit people.
My request is please check the bank details, I am sending all the documents with this mail.
I hope you are given me the proper justice.
