My claim amount was deducted.
1> Rs. 3382 was deducted for Non Medical Items like Glove, Cotton, Ankle support etc. -> these were part of operation it should be provided.
2> Rs. 18000 deducted against reasonable consultant charges -> charges are as per prescribed limit and ratio and actual. please provide
3> Rs. 2500 OT charge-> as per prescribed limit.
kindly check and provide
4> Rs. 8700 Xray reports collected from lab and are being provided. CT Scan reports already provided -> please check and provide.
5> Rs. 4400 Excess of Room Rent -> policy amount is Rs. 5 Lakhs and room rent is around Rs. 2000 to 2500. which is as per prescribed limit. Kindly provide.
Total Rs. 36982/- was wrongly deducted and should be provided back, at the earliest.
They want us to settle for partial payment and deducting eligible payments also.
