Fastag not activated, not refunded.

Consumer Complaint Complaint Date: December 24, 2019
My fastag not activated since last 19days. I emailed them on 9th December. But till today 24 Dec. It's not solved. I requested them to cancel my fastag and refund my money, but thay can't do it. Now i am suffering at toll plazas.
