I purchased a Faber hood and hob during onam offer in kerala and installation kit was free installation as well. On payment of 1180/- for installation pipe they gave a coupon and told to give the technician upon installation. Now I need to fix hood and hob but they refused to give me the installation pipe as the time limit is over. Even if time is over I have paid for the I installation pipe. I have the right to get it. Ian ready to pay installation charges. Plz reply.
