I ordered wireless headphones worth 2500 rupees which arrived on 17 July when I opened Amazon package it was empty box I complained it to Amazon care just 5 minutes after the package arrived the told me to wait till 24 july for it's investigation on 24 july when I called them again they refused me to refund my money please help me with this
