Rasoi Shop Ventures Pvt ltd gandhidham Kutch Gujarat sold a defective Atta chakki to me for Rs.9499 which could not be repaired by their own mechanic deputed locally. It was not in working order since its purchase and delivery. After lodging numourous complaints they picked up the machine through their own courier against commitment for making payment of the amount of Rs.9499 paid by me for its purchase. This machine was allowed to be picked up on commitment that a Voucher for Rs.9499 would be sent to me immediately on getting back the machine. But till date no refund/Voucher for Rs.9499 has been received. They tried to cheat me by sending a gift voucher of 4999 which was never acceptable. On pointing out Mr.Kishore sales manager assured for sending refund voucher for Rs.9499 as committed by him before picking up the machine after having discussions with his Seniors for which he sought time for one day ie 18th July 22. But no response is forthcoming. He is not responding to my repeated calls. Mails have been sent to the Company as well as to the Admin. Mr.Prakash who is aware about the refund of Rs.9499.
Said company has caused harassment, damages and mental agony. They have cheated me by selling a defective attachakki and not refunding the amount of 9499 in spite of many messages,mails and calls.
