On 16.07.2020, I purchased a Bajaj Fx-1000 1000-Watt Food Processor (Black/silver) vide order no. # 407-1079200-4125913. I made this purchase online via Amazon Website with the warranty of 2 yrs from the date of purchase. Now I am encountering several issues in the food processor and facing daily hassles whenever I try to use it. The customer care sent a repair guy but repair guy told me that there is defect inside from the very beginning as some part is broken inside.. I have not mishandled the product and it has never fall on the ground or something like that so how product got broken... It means i received a defective product.. Now the company is not entertaining me and my issues as they are not replying.
