I had taken three phase electricity in my home Jayprakash Nagar ward 22(JPN/LTIS/197) in April 2007 for the purpose of cottage industry but After 2010 no electri given by energy department of Khagaria (Due to Disreputable transformer and wire) till this time.
For your information I have decision of consumer forum (56/2010) and consumer court(A 550/2011). I have all documents (evidence) related this complaint.
